Recipe Instructions

Core the apples. Mix together the other ingredients in a cup or small bowl. Stuff the center of each apple with the sugar and butter mixture. Place each apple on a square of tin foil large enough to completely wrap it. Crinkle the top to seal the package. Place on a grill over a dying fire with good embers or a burner over low heat and cook 20 or 30 minutes until the apple is cooked through.
