Recipe Instructions

Wash cilantro, wrap in a paper towel, and put in a Ziploc. Marinate chicken in the bag with oil, lime juice and Taco Seasoning, grill on bbq or saute if no charcoal. Cut into strips or chunks for fajitas or tacos. Sauté onions and bell peppers. Cook black beans in DO with spices. Cut lime into wedges. Cut cabbage into slivers. Serve with lime wedges, sour cream, shredded cabbage, shredded cheese and hot sauce. Warm the tortillas for fajitas or tacos.
