1. Mix salt & pepper and equal parts Dehydrated Refried Beans and water in a bowl, pot, or zip-lock bag. Stir thoroughly and let sit ~30 minutes
2. Cut cheese into small cubes, finely chop red onion and garlic, cut carrots into slivers or small sticks
3. Stir diced garlic and onion into rehydrated beans.
4. Spread refried beans and ~3 oz (~1/3 of 8.5 oz package) of Ready Rice on a tortilla.
5. Top with cheese, carrots, and red cabbage, and hot sauce, roll into a wrap, or serve in a bowl.
