Three Berry Cobbler - DO

organic mixed berries - frozen

whipped cream

Recipe Instructions

Start the coals.
Use the 12" DO
Strain one bag of berries and keep the juice.
Put the berries from three bags (and juice of two bags) on the bottom of the DO.
Evenly distributed the crumb cake mix on top of the berries.
Lightly push the cinnamon topping into the mix, leaving most of it unmixed on the top.
Cut the butter into 12 or 18 slices that can be spread out over the top (doesn't have to be perfect!).
Pour the rest of the juice (unless you think it might be too much -- just eyeball it) over the mix & butter.
Put 1/3 of the coals on the fire pan, and the DO on top.
Put the remaining 2/3 of the coals on the lid.
Should take about and hour.
