Recipe Instructions

Dice the bag of peppers and onions.
Whisk eggs.
Drain tomatoes.
Saute the veggies in olive oil and add tomatoes at end to warm.
Pour eggs to scramble.
Add cheese along the way to melt.
Be warming tortillas on gas while eggs are cooking.
Wrap them up and provide green chilis and salsa for garnish.

Set out grapefruit for people to either peel and eat, or cut in half and eat.
