Recipe Instructions

Pre 10 minutes - Cook 30 minutes
Quarter the potatoes, dice the onion and mince the garlic.
Melt 10 T butter in large skillet over medium high heat.
Cook and stir potatoes until golden brown - 10 to 15 minutes.
In another skillet, melt 4 T butter, cook and stir the onion and garlic until tender - about 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-low and continue cooking until garlic is lightly browned, 5 to 10 minutes more.
Stir onions and garlic into the potatoes.
Cook about 10 minutes more, until potatoes are tender.
