Recipe Instructions

Wash parsley, wrap in paper towel, and store in Ziploc.
OPTIONAL to make as Penne Bake
Dice bell peppers and onions.
Brown ground beef in olive oil and season with Italian herbs, salt & pepper, combine with Prego to make a meat sauce.
Saute yellow onions, bell peppers and zuchinni on side, served by request with plain Prego or with meat sauce.
Heat plain prego for veggie sauce.
Cook pasta al dente and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Parmesan on the side
Build your own pasta dish, they can have plain pasta, pasta with meat sauce with or without sauteed veggies OR with red sauce with our without veggies.
Toss up your favorite classic Italian green salad or Ceasar Salad and serve with warm garlic bread and parm on the side
