Thai Toast with Peanut Butter, Sriracha + Cilantro

Recipe Instructions

1. Begin by toasting one slice of wholegrain bread (optional).
2. Smear peanut butter on 1 piece of bread
3. Drizzle with honey
4. Chop cilantro and peanuts, add on top of peanut butter
5. Finish with a drizzle of sriracha - more or less depending on how spicy you like it.
6. Before serving, douse it with the juice of 1 lime wedge and serve immediately. If you need to take it on the go, just cut the toast in half and make a sandwich out of it.
