Recipe Instructions

Roast Prime Rib according to Wayne's instructions.
Wrap russett potatoes in tin foil and cook over the coals.
Sit-down dinner and plated. Serve salad first.
Plate the prime rib and serve baked potato on the side. Put butter on a plate, sour cream, green onions diced small in individual bowls and put on table so folks can serve themselves.
