Recipe Instructions

In medium sauce pan, add rice to 2 cups of boiling water. Cook as directed.

Add 1 cup of quick-cooking beans (refried are fine) to 2 cups water; cook until thick.

Stir beans into the rice mixture Turn off heat and cover for a few minutes to let cheese melt. Serve with quesadillas, if available.
