1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
2. Sautee precooked chicken on griddle top (remember they roll, so go vertical). Sautee broccoli on griddle top with butter for 30 sec, then cover to steam. After 5min, uncover and continue to sautee. (If you have vegetarians, use a separate skillet.)
3. When pasta is finished, drain and return the drained pasta to the pot. Dice butter and add to the pasta and melt into the pasta.
3. Mix in Cheddar cheese, broccoli along with the chicken (if no veggies, keep separate if you do). Stir until cheeses melt. Sprinkle with salt & pepper, bacon bits, and chives. Get your Mega Mac on!
