Recipe Instructions

Heat oil in a skillet. Saute the garlic and onion until the onion is softened and browned. Add the broth and heat until boiling. Add the chow mein noodles. Stir constantly. Add the soy sauce. Continue stirring. Add the bok choi. Cover the skillet and cook for a few minutes until the bok choi is steamed, but still crisp.
