Homemade Granola Bars

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In large bowl, mix together the oats, brown sugar, wheat bran, flax, cinnamon, flour, chocolate chips, cranberries, and salt. Make a well in the center. Pour in the honey, maple syrup, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
Pat the mixture evenly into the pan. You may not fill a full cookie sheet depending on how thick you want the bars. It is okay to leave space at the end of the pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes, but keep an eye on them. If you leave them in too long they'll be dry.
Cool for 5 minutes, then cut into bars or squares.
**Do not allow bars to cool completely before cutting or they will be too hard to cut**
