Cedar Planked Salmon - Grill

Ingredients
16 servings
salmon - 4 x 2# fillets
8.0 pound(s)
marinade for the fish
1.0 jar(s)

Recipe Instructions

Get out the soaked cedar planks.
Marinate the salmon in a ziploc for up to an hour.
Light the preset bag of coals.
When the coals hit medium heat, place the planks on the grate. The boards are ready when they start to smoke and crackle just a little.
Place the salmon fillets onto the planks. Cover with foil, and grill for about 20 minutes.
Fish is done when you can flake it with a fork. It will continue to cook after you remove it from the grill.
