Recipe Instructions

EGGS:
1) Heat a large skillet on medium heat.
2) Crack eggs into a large bowl and whisk together until fully blended.
3) Add salt and pepper to the mixture oil to the pan to coat the bottom.
4) Add egg mixture to the pan and continue to stir with a spatula until all eggs are fully cooked.

BACON:
1) Heat griddle top to medium-high heat
2) Place bacon strips on griddle
3) Use tongs to flip until bacon is fully cooked on both sides.
4) When done, place on a plate to serve.

MAKING BURRITOS: Staff should make individual burritos for each camper based on what ingredients they prefer.
