Recipe Instructions

1. Beat together eggs, cinnamon, vanilla then add the milk.
2. Heat a lightly oiled skillet or griddle over medium heat.
3. Lightly dip bread slices in the french toast mixture for 5 seconds on each side, or until lightly coated.
4. Cook bread until both sides are lightly browned and crisp. Serve hot.
5. Optional: Top with .5oz of cool whip
-Variation: tear bread into strips or bite-sized chunks. Coat in the egg mixture and cook on the griddle until both sides are lightly brown and crispy.
