Backpacker Big Rig's Mega Mac

Recipe Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2. Sauté broccoli on griddle top with oil for 30 sec, then cover to steam. After 5 min, uncover and continue to sauté. (If you have vegetarians, use a separate skillet.)

3. When pasta is finished, drain, and return drained pasta to the pot. Add remaining oil to the pasta and stir into the pasta.

3. Mix in Cheddar cheese and broccoli. Stir until cheeses melt. Sprinkle with salt & pepper, bacon bits, and chives. Get your Mega Mac on!

*Chicken is pre-cooked but you can heat it up if you would like.
