Boil enough water for all Ramen. Have each student/leader put a packet of ramen in their bowl along with the other ingredients they want (jerky, soy sauce, veggies, potatoes, etc.). Distribute hot water to each bowl. Let sit (preferably covered) for ~5 minutes until all ingredients are hydrated. Add more water as necessary.
