Recipe Instructions

Slice Strawberries and mix with blueberries, set aside in bowl.
Start to grill sausages, if small group make pancakes at same time, if large group make sausages slightly ahead of pancakes.
Mix all ingredients together until there are no lumps. Batter should not be too thin. Make 4 inch pancakes.
Cut bananas into thirds or halves with peel left on. If bananas have gone bad, make some pancakes with mashed banana in batter "Banana pancakes"
Serve with Maple syrup, plain yogurt and granola on side.
