Fruit Salad - dice up all fruit, toss with chia seeds, lime juice and agave just to coat. Let stand while making the rest of breakfast.
Each person gets an avocado packet
Toast the multi-grain or GF Bread.
Fry the eggs over medium.
Remove thin avocado slices with a spoon and arrange over the toast. Top with one or two eggs.
Serve with salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes and lemon wedge.
