Recipe Instructions

1. Cut cheese into thick slices
2. Cut bagels in half and place cheese on open face of bagel
3. Place Frybake on stove and heat it up.
4. Quickly place cheesey side down onto warmed pan, as cheese melts use bagel to rotate and gently press melting cheese into bagel.
5. Enjoy with a bit of Hot Sauce or other spices

Pro tips: have all ingredients prepped and ready to go before lighting stove. Don't allow pan to get too hot. Fats from cheese should keep things from burning, if things are burning wipe out crumbs and bits of burnt cheese between bagels and add a small bit of oil.
