Recipe Instructions

Bring water to a boil for pasta. Once boiling, add pasta and put a lid on the pot. Remove from heat and seat aside. Saute peppers and onion. When finished add vodka sauce to the veggies. Drain the water from the pasta. Combine sauce and veggies with pasta and top with avocado slices.
