Recipe Instructions

Cut oranges into quarters - put out for breakfast appetizer.
Start warming the pre-cooked bacon.
Pancakes - In a large bowl, whisk together 9 eggs, 3/4 cup of vegetable oil and 6 cups (cartons) of shelf stable mix. Whisk in all 3 bags of pancake mix. Let batter stand for 10 minutes to thicken.
Lightly grease griddle - make 1/4c pancakes. When batter bubbles on the top, flip and cook until lightly brown (1-2 minutes).
Butter, syrup and berries for toppings.
Bacon on the side for takers.
