Recipe Instructions

Soak oats in boiling water. Add brown sugar. Beat in egg. Add buttermilk, milk, flour, baking powder. Add oil. Cook mixture on hot griddle. Serve plain, with honey, syrup, or mixture of fruits and yogurt.
