Recipe Instructions

Slice the bell peppers into a 1/2 inch wide strip for dipping. Slice the Cucumbers at an angle, also good for dipping or using as alternative to cracker.
Arrange salami, cheese and crackers on platters. Put goat cheese in a small bowl or small plate. Put hummus in small bowl.
