Recipe Instructions

*Sauté onions, garlic & zucchini, mix together with ricotta, eggs, drained spinach, shrooms and spices (oregano, basil). Cook sausage and mix with spaghetti sauce. Start w/ layer of sauce, then noodles, veggie/ricotta mix, cheese, noodles, sauce 2 or 3 times. Bake for an hour, go heavy on the top coals.
