This makes 2 pies.
Start when you start dinner so that it can cool.
Check the berries to see if they should come out of cooler early to thaw.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice.
Put about 8 cups (close to the whole can, but not all of it) of whipping cream into the mixture and fold in.
Divide and spread into the two pie crusts.
Put in cooler for 1 hour, covered with the insert from the crusts.
Provide thawed fruit and chocolate sauce as an optional topping when serving.
