Recipe Instructions

Mix the dry muffin ingredients (all dry ingredients except powdered eggs and 1/2 of milk powder). Shave butter into the dry ingredients. Add water and stir. Fold in summer sausage and cheese. Spoon the mixture into four equal muffins and place in a hot oiled fry bake. Bake over medium heat until the top of each muffin is fairly set. Flip and finish baking the other sides. Before muffins are completely baked, mix together the egg ingredients and pour into the fry bake, filling the voids between each muffin. Bake another 5-10 minutes or until eggs are cooked.
