Recipe Instructions

Wash your hands and put on gloves.
Cut ciabatta rolls in half
Thinly slice mozzarella.
Slice tomatoes.
In a medium bowl, toss mixed greens and almonds with vinegar and a large drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread pesto onto cut slices of ciabatta rolls, assemble sandwiches to order with salami, salad, tomatoes and mozzarella.
Serve with chips, dip, pickled items, pb and j and cookies on the side.
