Recipe Instructions

*Either buy sliced bagels, or bring a slicer.
*We had Pepperidge Farm cinnamon toast (not in this recipe): not eaten even though it was available.
*Very few Red Delicious apples eaten. (they are not popular- avoid Red Delicious variety. Try to get smaller apples that are not too much for one person to eat, i.e., “school boy sized” apples, or varieties like Gala, Macintosh, Granny Smith, Honey Crisp, but not Red or Gold Delicious varieties.) . (NOTE- while coffee is a separate beverage, in FL we found 1.5 pounds ground coffee made enough brewed coffee at breakfast for a group of 36 people, where not everyone was a coffee drinker, but some people drank two cups.)
