Shepherd's Pie

Bouillon (veggie)

Veggie soup mix (dried)
8.0 ounce(s)
Mushrooms (dried)
2.5 cup(s)
Cheese (8 oz) -Fridge
8.0 ounce(s)
Textured Soy Protein
8.0 ounce(s)

Recipe Instructions

AHEAD OF TIME: Soak dried veggies/mushrooms, textured soy protein (in ziploc while hiking, in pot while at camp, etc)

When ready to make dinner:
1. Turn on burner: high heat & boil water in large pot.
2. Add soaked veggies/mushrooms, textured soy protein, bouillon cube. Cook until veggies are soft.
3. Add potato flakes & herbs. Stir. Cook 2-3 min.
4. Sprinkle cheese on top.
