Recipe Instructions

1. Chop onion & bell pepper
2. Turn burner on: MEDIUM heat
3. Add oil, onion, bell pepper, Italian seasoning & tomato seasoning
4. Stir & cook 2-3 min
5. Turn burner on HIGH heat
6. Add water, cous cous, & textured soy protein
7. Once at boiling, reduce to simmer. Stir.
