Recipe Instructions

1. Chop onion, bell pepper
2. Turn on burner: medium heat
3. Add oil, onion, pepper. Stir
4. Cook 2 min
5. Add quinoa, water, chili powder. Stir
6. Turn burner to LOW
7. Stir. Simmer until cooked
8. Garnish with avocado, lime wedge, cheese
9. Optional: use a tortilla to turn into a burrito
