Curry powder

Recipe Instructions

1. Chop onion, bell pepper, carrot, garlic, broccoli
2. Turn burner on: MEDIUM heat
3. Add oil, chopped veggies, curry powder.
4. Stir. Cook 2-3 min
5. Add water, rice, lentils
6. Bring to simmer. Cook until lentils are soft.
7. Add siracha if desired.
